FAQ

FAQ

When will I receive my item?

Delivery time depends on the product type, destination, and fulfilment method.

Most available Studio products usually ship within 1–5 business days, unless the product page states otherwise.

Limited drops, original works, custom pieces, made-to-order items, and GRAM collectibles may require additional preparation time before shipping.

For time-limited or made-to-order releases, production may begin after the sale window closes. In those cases, please allow the estimated production and delivery time shown on the product page. Some special releases may take 6–8 weeks from order to delivery.

You’ll receive an email when your order ships, including tracking where available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, customs, carrier delays, holidays, and peak periods.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, product type, package size, weight, and chosen shipping method.

We do our best to keep shipping rates fair. Some shipping costs may include careful packing and handling, especially for artworks, prints, limited objects, and GRAM collectibles.

We use protective packaging to help your item arrive safely, and recyclable or responsible materials where possible.

What is GRAM?

GRAM is SOLDAC’s flagship physical-digital collectible product.

A Studio GRAM is a physical artwork or object connected to a live GRAM page. After delivery, you can tap or scan the GRAM, claim it to your Vault, and return to its live page for story updates, owner access, and eligible benefits when shown.

What do I receive when I buy a Studio GRAM?

A Studio GRAM may include:

  • a physical SOLDAC Studio artwork or object
  • a live GRAM page
  • claim after delivery
  • Vault access
  • story or edition updates
  • eligible Studio benefits when shown

The exact contents may vary by drop, edition, or product. Please check the product page before purchasing.

When can I claim my GRAM?

GRAM claim usually becomes available after delivery.

Once your GRAM arrives, tap or scan it and follow the instructions on the live GRAM page. You may need to log in with the same customer account used for purchase.

If you have trouble claiming your GRAM, contact us at soldacstudio@gmail.com with your order number.

Do GRAMs include partner benefits or discounts?

Some GRAMs may include eligible Studio benefits, story updates, access features, or future activations when shown.

Benefits are not guaranteed for every GRAM and may vary by product, edition, owner status, location, time period, and availability.

For the first Studio GRAM drops, the focus is the physical collectible, live GRAM page, claim after delivery, Vault access, story updates, and eligible Studio benefits when included.

Are GRAMs an investment?

No.

SOLDAC artworks, Studio products, and GRAM collectibles are sold as creative products and collectible objects.

We do not promise resale value, investment return, marketplace access, or future financial value. Buy a GRAM because you want the object, artwork, Studio story, and GRAM experience.

What types of artworks does SOLDAC Studio create?

SOLDAC Studio works across different visual formats, including:

  • drawing
  • painting
  • digital collage
  • photography
  • print works
  • generative and experimental visuals
  • mixed media
  • physical-digital GRAM collectibles

Some works begin by hand, some digitally, and some through hybrid processes. The common thread is the SOLDAC Studio voice.

Are all works handmade?

Not all works are handmade in the same way.

Some SOLDAC works are hand-drawn or painted. Others are created digitally, photographically, generatively, or through mixed-media processes.

Every piece begins from our Studio direction, concept, and visual language, regardless of medium.

Can I request a specific style or avoid duplicates?

For some Studio products, yes.

If you are ordering prints, small works, archive selections, or curated packs, you can contact us after ordering and we’ll do our best to match your preferences where possible.

You can ask us to:

  • build around a theme
  • avoid repeats across multiple orders
  • focus on a certain visual style
  • include or avoid certain artwork types

Customisation is not guaranteed unless stated on the product page, but we’re happy to curate when possible.

For limited editions, GRAM drops, original works, and unique items, selection may be fixed by the edition or product.

What happened to A Gram of Art?

A Gram of Art was part of the early story that helped lead to GRAM.

It began as a way to think about small artworks, collectability, surprise, and the connection between physical pieces and a wider Studio world.

GRAM is the next step: a physical-digital collectible platform built by SOLDAC, where Studio objects can have a live page, claim, Vault access, story updates, and eligible benefits when shown.
