GRAM is SOLDAC’s physical-digital collectible product. A GRAM may include a physical artwork or object, a live GRAM page, claim after delivery, Vault access, story updates, and eligible benefits when shown.
GRAM pages, Vault features, claim features, owner features, story updates, and eligible benefits may depend on account access, order status, product type, edition rules, technical availability, and other conditions.
Unless clearly stated on a product page, GRAM purchases do not guarantee:
- future benefits;
- external partner perks;
- resale, trade, or marketplace access;
- investment value;
- permanent availability of every feature;
- copyright ownership of the artwork;
- commercial rights to reproduce the artwork.
We may update, maintain, pause, modify, restrict, or discontinue digital features where necessary.
