If the item is defective, DM or email us to arrange a return within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We are unable to accept returns on any prints or products purchased during a time limited sale.

Original works, limited items, or unique items are non-refundable and are bought as is. For any questions, additional information, or details, please contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Lost or damaged items

Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. DM us on Instagram or email soldacstudio@gmail.com to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures. We’ll be in touch with next steps.
